Some progress in Railway over bridge at Kapileshwar
A meeting of all the officials of the south western railways, Ravi Kumar City commissioner, ADC Paraveen Kumar and senior police official was convened with regards to the Railway Over Bvrodge (ROB) construction at level crossing no:385,near Kapileshwar temple for which the necessary sanction has been obtained and the work would commence soon. MP Suresh Angadi led the meeting and first held the meeting at his residence and later visited the spot with the officials.
The railway engineers were directed to see that the work is ensured completion at the earliest. There was verbal clash between the residents and corporation commissioner over the information to be shared about the work. Residents complaiend that even replies to RTI queries were unanswered for no reasons. The residents clearly stated that they must be told the entire plan and the work must be taken up.
19.5 Crores have been sanctioned for this ROB.
