Prepaid auto booth inaugurated at CBT Belagavi
The prepaid auto booth at CBT (Central Bus Stand) was inaugurated today and DC N Jayram, SP Ravikante Gowda and Commissioner of Police S Ravi took the first ride.
This is a welcome step and we urge that one police constable to deployed there all the time at the booth which will help the commuters.
A board which displays the fare is also put up near the prepaid booth.
Minimum fare is Rs.20 for 2 kms and Rs.10 per km later
