Police beat women in public – 3 suspended
Three women were brutally beaten up by Police alleging them of running prostitution racket in a lodge in Ganpat Galli. However, the police officers involved in physical harassment were suspended soon after the incident was reported to the senior officers.
It is alleged that even when women constables were near by the police (men) beat the 3 women in public.
