Citizens outrage over death of Darshini Rasta roko for over 2 hours
Students of various colleges, workers from near by factories, industrialists and citizens expressed their outrage over the death of Darshini Chougule in an accident on Monday. She was overtaking a heavy vehicle when a pot hole made her loose balance and she was caught under the rear tyre of the vehicle. Another girl is also seriously injured.
The outrage was spontaneous and each one had that feeling that it was Darshini and it could be anyone else tomorrow.
The movement of heavy traffic from that road is common as it is part of NH4A.

After a 2 hour rasta roko Additional deputy commissioner came and informed that DC has directed that from October 1, heavy vehicles will not be allowed to ply during specific times.
Industrialists were very angry on the slow pace of work and even one person offered money so that it could be used to fill the potholes.
Speaking to AAB Deepak Dhaodti who was very vexed and said that now nothing can be left upon the govt. if we have to survive we will have to help ourselves. He said the colleges and industrialists will have to pool in money to fill the potholes and build a temporary divider which will save a few lives.
He further said, in 37 accidents in the last 8 months 9 have been fatal . We cant wait for more student o person o loose his life.
The traffic police has been unable to provide any traffic constable due lack of personnel, hence colleges will device a plan where student volunteers can regulate traffic during peak hours.
