The NHAI has floated a tender for Two-Laning with/without paved shoulders from km 0.000 to km 69.480 (Design) of Sanquelim to Belagavi Section of NH-748AA in the State of Goa and Karnataka under Bharatmala Pariyojana on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (the “EPC”) basis.
No. of years for completion of work – 2 years
The route:
Machhe, Piranwadi, Navage, Kinaye, Kusamalli, Jamboti, Kalmani, Kankumbi – Poriem, Matnee, Sanquelim.
Already the NH 748 – Belagavi – Khanapur section is 75% complete.
Now under the Bharatmala Pariyojana, the Sanquelim to Belagavi road is planned to two-laned.
