Villagers want tiger recaptured
A captured tiger believed to have killed a woman in Pandaravalli village, near Mullayanagiri Hills, in Chikkamagaluru — was released in the Bhimgad Wildlife Sanctuary. But residents of Talawade village in Khanapur taluk are demanding its recapture.
The residents also had a verbal clash with the forest officials and only after an assurance of a search operation the matter resolved.
