Under Unlock 1.0 the MHA had allowed Unrestricted movement of persons and goods – No separate permission/ approval/ e-permit will be required for such movements and also had given the rights to the state to decide if they need to ban entry from some special source to contain the spread.

The new SOP issued by the state of Karnataka makes a detailed procedure on how a person from Maharashtra can come to Karnataka.

But as per the SevaSindhu helpline, the entry ban from Maharashtra continues until June 15 but one can come via Air but not by road.

The Kognoli check post is currently sealed and is allowing only Goods transit vehicles and emergency vehicles to pass no one else is allowed.

For the ones who opt the Air route will have to undergo 7+7 Quarantine.
Currently, Maharashtra is the only state with restrictions, people from all other states can come with 14 days of HQ.
